VENUE & ACCOMODATIONS

  • How many people can you hold? 120

  • Do you provide tables and chairs? Yes

  • Is the venue heated? Yes

  • Are bathroom accessible? Yes 

  • Do you have a bridal suite? Yes 

  • Can we stay overnight? Yes (1 overnight "Honeymoon Cabins" and 6 Heated "Glamping Tents" for guests/party

  • Nearby towns/lodging? 30 minutes to lake george. 30 minutes to glens falls. 30 minutes to saratoga

DURING THE EVENT

  • What about food and beverages? The couple will need to choose a caterer. We can provide a list of vendors.

  • What if it rains? Marriage ceremony will be held under pavilion and reception will be held under wedding tent

  • Do you have a list of recommended vendors? Yes, please contact us.

  • Is a bonfire an option? Yes, bonfire is a option 

  • How long do we have access to the Barn? 2 days 

  • Do you do rehearsals? Yes

  • Do you offer elopements or micro-weddings? Yes, micro weddings will be held during the week days with up to 60 guests

GENERAL "HOUSEKEEPING"

  • What is the cost to rent the Barn? Schedule a tour of the venue 

  • Do you require a deposit? Yes,  3 payments increments 

  • Seasonality? May-October 

  • Hours? Receptions end at 9 p.m.
